Our story

When Ellie Doyle and Lorraine Moore set out to create TalentHub, they had a clear vision: to place culture at the heart of the recruitment process. With decades of experience in recruitment and industry insights from working in London, they recognised that successful hires go beyond matching resumes to job descriptions. Ellie and Lorraine knew that identifying cultural fit and competencies was the key to creating lasting, impactful placements.

Their passion for helping companies find the right talent and their deep understanding of industry dynamics led them to develop a bespoke approach to recruitment. This method not only assesses candidates’ skills but also ensures they align with the company’s culture and values, paving the way for mutual success.

In 2017, inspired by Ellie and Lorraine’s vision, Morgan Cummins joined TalentHub after an award-winning international career in advertising. Morgan brought a fresh perspective and took the lead in the Executive Search and Coaching division, further enhancing TalentHub’s capabilities in delivering top-tier talent and executive support.

Today, TalentHub remains dedicated to its founding principles, with culture driving every aspect of its operations. Our team is committed to building strong partnerships with clients and providing exceptional care to candidates.
