Terms and Conditions for Clontarf Castle Giveaway

  1. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to individuals who complete the survey and submit a screenshot of the “Thank You” page as proof of completion.
    • Entries must be submitted by 8th December 2024, 11:59 PM (GMT).
    • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  2. How to Enter

    • Complete the survey via the provided link.
    • Take a screenshot or picture of the “Thank You” page after survey completion.
    • Submit the screenshot or picture via email to [email protected]

  3. Prize Details

    • The prize includes a 1-night stay at Clontarf Castle Hotel in Clontarf, Dublin, for the winner and their partner.
    • The prize is issued as a voucher valued at €330.
    • If the chosen date of stay exceeds the voucher value, the winner may use the voucher towards the total cost and pay the difference.
    • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be selected at random in a draw conducted on 13th December 2024.
    • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the survey submission.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

  5. Prize Redemption

    • The prize voucher will be issued to the winner after the draw.
    • The voucher will be subject to Clontarf Castle Hotel’s booking terms and conditions, including availability.

  6. Data Privacy

    • All survey responses are anonymous and will not be linked to the submission of the “Thank You” page screenshot.
    • Contact details provided for the giveaway will only be used for winner notification and prize distribution.

  7. General Conditions

    • The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

  8. Exclusions

    • Employees of the organiser and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
