I'm looking for an Account Director to join one of Ireland’s most innovative boutique agencies, working on a brand known for its mischief marketing and unforgettable experiential activations.

What You’ll Bring:

• A track record of leading experiential and brand activation campaigns that captivate audiences.
• Integrated marketing experience is a plus, but a passion for immersive brand experiences is essential.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and building trusted relationships with senior clients.

Your Role:

• Lead and oversee major experiential campaigns, ensuring they deliver impact, engagement, and business results.
• Manage financial performance of key accounts, driving profitability while identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Mentor and inspire your team, contributing to a collaborative and innovative agency culture.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in an experiential agency or client-side role, with a specialism in brand activations and events.
• Deep understanding of event management, creative strategy, and integrated marketing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
