Account Manager (Agency)

Role Overview:
As Account Manager, you'll key part of the agency’s client service team and get the opportunity to work on large integrated projects for some of the biggest and most ambitious brands Ireland has to offer. You’ll be a multi-disciplined marketer but you’ll excel at: integrated campaign delivery, event management, brand & sponsorship activation, and client relationship management. Reporting into the Account Director you’ll be enthusiastic, hands on, and enjoy working collaboratively with clients, creatives, and third-parties to produce work that excites!


Role Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison & Management: you’ll have a firm understanding of the brand(s) you work on, and will be expected to establish a strong understanding of our clients brand(s), guidelines and how they should be treated
  • Working with the creative team on a daily basis; developing briefs and briefing the creative team, reviewing work and presenting to clients
  • Proven Supplier Management experience; briefing and managing a portfolio of suppliers, e.g. production, AV, print, videography/photography, venues
  • Ability to work effectively across a large number of client projects, managing & guiding Account Executives and Interns within the team
  • Daily liaison with you your clients ensuring requests & briefs are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reporting: preparing and issuing relevant paperwork required to monitor the progress of work; such as status reports, contact reports and project plans
  • A good understanding of the creative process and the ability to brief the creative team in the agency
  • Crafting proposals and confidently presenting both internally and to clients
  • Producing evaluation reports for each major piece of work, presenting to the client on completion of each activity
  • Forging excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, always keeping your manager updated and briefed on progress

Key Requirements:
  • A third level qualification in marketing, advertising or event management
  • A minimum of 3 years’ agency (integrated of events) experience or relevant client side experience.
  • Full clean driver’s license and own car.
