We're searching for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a particular interest and background in everything organic social media, SEO, and SEM strategies. The chosen candidate will get a unique opportunity to enhance online, social media, SEO, and SEM marketing strategies for an institution on the cutting-edge of the future of Irish and global tech.
In the fast-paced and dynamic Dogpatch environment, where innovation and creativity converge, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects that shape the European tech scene.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee best-in-class digital marketing strategies which seek to promote Dogpatch and drive awareness and adoption of the brand.
  • Create, implement, and manage content across all social channels – LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube – press, and in-house print
  • Manage and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain members, and effectively promote events and services.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to boost the visibility and ranking of our online content, events, and products.
  • Monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns while consistently gather insights, and providing regular reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate regularly with other team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication at every level.


Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, press, and internal corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Teamwork/Asana/Monday, Hubspot, Squarespace, WordPress, Brandwatch/Sprout Social/Hootsuite, AirTable, Google Analytics, Google 365, Slack, MuckRack, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the startup and innovation ecosystem.
  • A highly customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of results/goal orientation.
  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Highly motivated and innovative individual capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work independently and influence others by leading by example.
