The chosen candidate will be a detail-oriented Sales and Business Development professional who has the ability to mobilise and lead a team with considerable experience in lead generation sales development, ideally for a B2B Tech/SaaS market. Role responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Business Growth: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitive threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on key performance indicators.

  • Degree Level Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
