Business Development Representative

Our client, a leading Learning & Development training provider with a strong foothold in the public sector, is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join their team. As a key player in the sales department, you will be instrumental in forging meaningful connections with clients, promoting our cutting-edge training solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation within each organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and nurture relationships with clients within the public sector, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
-Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training solutions that align with client objectives and drive organisational growth.
-Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation process and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of our training programs.
-Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and effective pipeline management.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, identifying new opportunities for business expansion and product enhancement.
-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within the education or training sector.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Highly organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
