Client Director (Agency)

Role Overview:

As Client Director, you'll lead projects across a dedicated group of clients across varied, exciting, and dynamic industries. You'll be an astute team leader, client confidante, and motivator of people, guiding your team and our clients agency to deliver award-winning, profitable work. You'll manage a team of direct reports and be responsible for the output of all creative and experiential work on your accounts.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, strategic development, and quality control for your accounts.
  • Guide clients through research-grounded thinking and presentations.
  • Lead interagency teams and suppliers in delivering campaigns and activities.
  • Grow relationships with senior management in the agency and contribute to agency culture, process, and policy.
  • Maintain and grow account profitability, delivering on revenue and profitability targets.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and awards shows.
  • Work with the agency in pitching for new business and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Impeccable attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Strategically astute with a keen understanding of the client's industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, managing a team of varying experience levels.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and proven revenue-driving capabilities.
  • Proactive work ethic, taking full responsibility for tasks from start to finish.
  • Excellent document and copywriting skills, including client reports and presentations.
  • Accomplished through-the-line marketer with strong agency experience.
  • Experience in Event Management, Experiential, Strategic Planning, and Creative Advertising.
  • Third-level qualification in marketing, advertising, or event management preferred.
  • Full clean driver's license and own car.
