This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as an experienced Demand Generation Lead in a global leader in Fintech. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will design and build a demand generation engine that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline growth across their portfolio of businesses.

You will join the business during an exciting period of growth. As they are building new capabilities in a marketing team that is focused on bringing their brand to life across multiple platforms and expanding its impact around the world.

Desired skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in demand, growth or performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of successful demand and capture campaign execution with focus on: Linkedin, paid social ecosystem, ad networks, email and SEO.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify industry and sector-specific issues and create compelling, value-added narratives for our target customers.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
  • Experience working with specific marketing and sales tools, including Hubspot and WordPress.
  • Ability to take the initiative, develop projects individually and work autonomously.
  • Natural curiosity and will to make an impact.
  • A very good understanding of digital data analytics.
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and flexible to changing priorities, as required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
