Digital Acquisition Manager

My client is a multi award-winning, multichannel retail business with nine stores across Dublin, plus a highly successful eCommerce store.
Having won many awards including being recognised as not only a Great Place to Work but also as one of Ireland’s best medium-sized workplaces, they are seeking an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to focus on driving customer acquisition for their key markets.

Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for the delivery of new customer acquisition targets in a profitable manner in line with annual and quarterly targets set out by Group Head of E-commerce.
  • Monitor, manage and report on weekly trading, providing weekly updates to Group Head of E-commerce.
  • Work closely with the Group head of E-commerce on developing longer-term acquisition strategy to drive profitable growth, always pushing the boundaries for new ways of thinking to grow demand within existing channels as well as searching for new avenues of growth.
  • Work with the marketing team on customer offers to grow and engage new customers, while aligning with CRM to support maximal retention rates.
  • Work collaboratively with buying and marketing teams to help drive more insights into the business, review performance & profitability and remove any barriers to sale.
  • Perform daily account management on PPC accounts including Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager including comfortably managing five and six-figure monthly PPC budgets.
  • Maintain and monitor our critical daily account metrics including keyword bids, budget caps, audience profile, ROAS, CPA, brand, non-brand and shopping spend and others.
  • Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
  • Get creative with copy and ad templates and formats.
  • Manage affiliate and referral programmes and other advertising platforms where appropriate.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics including goals and revenue tracking, spend and keyword analysis.
  • Act as a thought leader in terms of any new trends and developments in acquisition.
  • Review and evaluate search results and performance of search across the major search channels.
  • Communicate to Group Head of E-commerce on critical project development including timelines, and results.
  • A deep knowledge and proven experience of working and managing large online budgets with ROAS/CPA targets for Google & Facebook.
  • Daily use of GA4 to analyse channels performance, customer behaviour, product, devices, location performance and attribution analysis.

  • A passion for online marketing and particularly PPC.
