They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to their global B2C marketing program, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation campaigns, and working to create exciting campaigns which create cut-through in a loud digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Support the development of the global B2C retail marketing program to deliver brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, driving qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Help develop the marketing strategy and support the execution of display advertising campaigns, paid media advertising, affiliate programs, SEO, and social media.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, set-up, and ongoing management of campaigns across various channels in conjunction with the digital marketing team.
  • Operational Success: Ensure the operational success of campaigns, meeting deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Optimization & Analytics: Proactively work with digital marketing team members and external partners to optimize campaigns based on KPIs. Own and drive analytics for paid media programs, drawing hypotheses and proposing tests to validate or introduce best practices.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Ensure best practices and innovation in all media channel activities. Help develop the display strategy and roadmap for all customer segments.
  • Integration & Reporting: Deliver excellence from planning through to optimization and campaign reporting, including analysis and insight. Ensure integration of display activity into wider multi-channel strategies and apply learnings.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Critically evaluate and provide feedback on suppliers (publishers, data technology, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Design, Content teams, and external vendors to create creative assets.

Key Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in business, marketing, or an appropriate professional qualification.
  • Experience: Large complex company experience with 3+ years in a paid media role.
  • Skills: Ability to be creative and design engaging campaigns. Experience building, growing, and optimizing customer engagement programs in a fast-paced B2C or B2B company. Proficiency with Adwords, programmatic networks, social media, analytics, and test and target testing tools.
  • Customer Focused: Highly customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of results/goal orientation.
  • Ownership: Takes full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and duties.
