Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Dublin
We are recruiting for our client, a leading company in the eCommerce industry with a strong presence across France and Europe.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive scalable, data-driven customer acquisition across paid media channels. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in eCommerce B2C marketplaces, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with performance metrics, optimization, and growth.
As part of our growth marketing team, you’ll manage paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and partner channels to maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with creative, analytics, category, and brand marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies that drive performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Campaign Strategy and Management
Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, partner channels) to drive online traffic and conversions.
? Budget Management
? Analytics and Reporting
? A/B Testing and Optimization
Experience & Essential Competencies
? 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, either in-house or agency-side, with strong exposure to eCommerce B2C marketplaces.
? Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns
? High-level proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Power BI, and others.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
