Our client is on the lookout for a creative Digital, Social & Content Manager to help lead their team of 15 strong digital & social media professionals as they look to change the game when it comes to social advertising with some of the biggest brands in Ireland.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their digital marketing expertise and progress to the next level with an agency who prides themselves on being just that – next level.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and implement digital/social/content campaigns + always-on activity for multiple retained Irish and International brands.
  • Manage and mentor our team of social and content specialists to create digital & social content calendars across multiple social platforms, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest + more.
  • Forge relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and content creators for multiple brands.
  • Analyse social/digital campaign performance reports to inform content generation for subsequent work.
  • Paid social strategy knowledge + & implementation for clients.
  • Be completely on top of all updates RE features/formats on social platforms and be able to say how brands/organisations on our books can benefit/leverage from said constant updates and innovations.
  • Contribute to the ideation of ideas beyond digital/social... and into offline.
 
Key Requirements:
  • MINIMUM 4 years+ Digital, social media & Content experience managing social/content for large brands, and agency experience is a major plus.
  • Great work ethic and desire to deliver the best-in-class digital, social media creative content ideas.
  • VERY strong attention to detail.
  • Huge passion to keep up to date with the latest social/digital trends
  • Exceptional written English and verbal communication skills.
  • Very comfortable presenting to clients.
