EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist

As part of this journey, they are seeking an EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist to support them in their B2B growth plans. This role will have opportunities to be strategic while also being operational. This is a critical role in the early stage of our business journey, so there is lots of opportunity to build from the ground up. You will need to thrive in the kind of environment where we get to design, build and execute. It promises to be a fun, exhilarating and inspirational experience. You will be comfortable iterating and testing approaches as we optimise the Go to Market strategy. This is an exciting time to join a scaling business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the marketing funnel from lead generation to SQL (sales qualified lead) and optimise performance at each stage in the digital funnel.
  • Deliver short-term tactical activities whilst building robust plans to drive the overall ambitious goals of the business.
  • Develop and execute campaigns for B2B segments across EMEA to drive MQLs using the range of digital tools - email, webinars, social channels, website, content marketing & paid tools etc.
  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations team to continually refine campaign performance, lead quality etc.
  • Track and report the metrics for your campaigns - know these metrics intimately and how to improve them.
  • Have impact - understand what’s driving impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Report against agreed KPI’s from your programs, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with our sales leadership to collaborate on critical areas of opportunity

Key Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally across EMEA
  • Proven success with digital marketing tools e.g. social media management, website admin, email marketing, content marketing.
  • Ability to develop robust campaigns and plans, and to execute tactically.
  • Ability to collaborate with other functional areas and manage programs to completion.
  • Experience working with Hubspot Marketing hub or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with a tolerance for ambiguity combined with an ability to take direction.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Track record of navigating challenges and overcoming obstacles.
  • Be goal oriented and a drive to be successful
