Experiential Co-Ordinator

A leading experiential production, design, and fabrication firm producing projects for some of the most engaging brands in the global market today. They are looking for an Experiential Co-Ordinator to join their team to help satisfy their clients’ needs as well as commercial demands by building creative environments that utilise every possible touchpoint to tell a captivating story. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hospitality functions like artist bookings, travel, etc.

- Manage backline, sourcing/ordering, tracking, storage, and loading logistics under the direction of a production lead.

- Manage the collection and tracking of invoices and vendor payments in collaboration with cross-functional internal stakeholders.


- Assist Producer with staying on pre-production, live, and post timelines by managing portions of the timeline/budget under direction of a production lead.


Skills/Experience needed:
- +1 years’ experience in a creative environment working closely with clients, designers, and producers.

- +1 years’ experience in a creative environment working collaboratively with other creative departments.


- +1 years of onsite live event production experience in a formal role.

- +1 years of experience as an office production assistant or office production coordinator in live events.

- Experience juggling multiple projects and pipelines at a time in a fast-paced environment.
