My client is a dynamic digital and shopper marketing agency that specialises in creating immersive and engaging digital experiences.

As the Head of Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Agencies  digital strategy. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, collaborating closely with creative, development, and client services teams to deliver award winning digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, an innovative mindset, and a passion for driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital strategy for our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client goals.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of digital marketing experts across various domains, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, focusing on driving measurable results.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and insights to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaboration:** Work closely with creative and development teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences across all channels.
  • Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our service offerings.
Required Skills & Experience 
  •  Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • A creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital space.
