Our client, Ireland’s largest performance and sports fashion retail Brand are looking for an Head of Employee Engagement & Experience to join their team. They are a global strategic partner for all major sports brands including Nike, Adidas and Under Armour, as well as being the fastest growing and most successful eCommerce brand in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a Talent Acquisition strategy that will position the business as an employer of choice in a competitive market.
  • Design and ensure the People Strategy and budget is executed in line with the Brands Strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to forecast supply and demand through succession planning.
  • Build, lead and develop the Talent & Engagement team, leading with clear strategic direction supported by regular coaching and developmental support.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders including Brand Partners such as Nike, Adidas and Under Armour to devise and deliver a learning & development strategy that supports brand strategy.

Key Requirements
  • Over 5 years in a senior HR management role.
  • Possess leadership skills to select, coach, motivate and develop engaging high performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills resulting in collaborative and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • manages change efficiently and effectively while demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making with an ability to produce high impact results.
