Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a multi-product, multi-platform strategy for the Brands & Partnerships team to drive growth and market share.
  • Drive financial performance and deliver the Brands & Partnerships group budget through a robust sales plan, adapting to challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on the media landscape in Ireland and globally to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Champion change initiatives to achieve results in a commercially driven environment.
  • Ensure effective project and campaign delivery by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Lead the team with strong communication, inspiring commitment and motivation to succeed.
  • Develop best-in-class pitches, both proactive and reactive, to increase market share and enhance our perception of digital expertise, excellence, and innovation.
  • Manage the agency team, including setting and communicating objectives and goals, performance reviews, and annual leave.
  • Measure and report on operational performance, developing plans to improve key performance indicators as the market evolves.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5 Years Experience in a Media Organisation or Publication House.
  • Degree and or Masters - Qualification or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinker with innovative solution implementation skills.
  • Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing principles, particularly in brand management and partnership development.
  • Proven experience leading a team in a competitive sales environment, preferably with agency experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Passion for the media market and an ability to identify profitable models from future developments.
  • Ability to coordinate campaigns across multiple stakeholders.
