Head of Retail Operations

Our client, Ireland’s largest performance and sports fashion retail Brand are looking for an Head of Retail Operations to join their team. They are a global strategic partner for all major sports brands including Nike, Adidas and Under Armour, as well as being the fastest growing and most successful eCommerce brand in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a world class customer service culture.
  • Manage, support & enable store teams to achieve overall company objectives and deliver store-based sales & KPIs through implementation of brand strategy.
  • Design & implement appropriate team structures in both the retail operations & store teams to support a high-performance culture.
  • Recruit, select and develop the right people for the brand always planning for future talent succession.
  • Work with trade teams to constantly look for opportunities to optimise processes & develop initiatives to support store based strategic objectives.

Key Requirements
  • Over 10 years in a management role of a fashion or sports retail store.
  • Experience in running large retail turnover areas and regions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills resulting in collaborative and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to foster and drive a premium customer service culture.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making with an ability to produce high impact results.
