Part Time Projects & Programme Manager with a HR background required

I’m hiring for a Projects & Programme Manager (part time, 3 days per week) to lead the planning and delivery of a flagship, large scale L&D themed event and support a range of people-focused projects across a collaborative, purpose-driven team.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, event coordination and L&D strategy. It's ideal for someone who knows how to manage timelines and teams and who cares deeply about creating impactful learning experiences.

You’ll need to bring:

Experience managing complex projects from idea through to delivery

A background in HR, Learning and Development or Organisational Development

Proven experience coordinating in person or online events, ideally in a learning or professional development context

The role is based in Dublin 2, with flexibility, ownership and the chance to shape how we deliver work that makes a difference.
