In-House Legal Counsel

A leading international top-up tech firm who delivers cutting edge, life-changing technology to millions of international users is looking for a In House Legal Counsel to join their Dublin team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts with mobile operators, other B2B partners and third-party vendors.
  • Advising on all manner of data privacy and security issues, drafting data processing    agreements and updating policies.
  • Advising the company in respect of various regulatory and compliance obligations as they arise, e.g. anti-money laundering regulation, global financial sanctions, payment services regulation etc.
  • Assisting with managing the company’s current and future trademark portfolio.
     

Skills/Experience needed:
  • A qualified solicitor with minimum 3 years’ PQE.
  • Experience in commercial contract review and drafting.
  • Experience advising on data privacy and security matters.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven commercial awareness – ability to deliver legal advice in a practical and commercial manner.???????
