Our client is looking for an ambitious, growth-minded marketing strategist to join their team and immerse themselves in creative branding projects for some of the biggest brands at both a national and international scale. Key Responsibilities:
  • As a member of the agency, you will have responsibilities for project delivery and people growth. You will also be a member of the SLT which contributes to the development and direction of the agency.
  • Reporting to a Partner and responsible for a team of two, you will lead and collaborate with them on the creation of powerful, growth-driving outcomes for clients
  • You will work across a fantastic variety of challenges; from inventing new brands and products to exploring new markets and cultures.
  • Create client presentations and content for debriefs and workshops.
  • Lead on various jump! brand strategy, innovation, qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Nurture and develop client partnerships and relationships

Skills/Experience needed:
  • A track record of helping clients deliver their goals.
  • Great experience in, and passion for, delivering game-changing proposals; insight; brand strategy and innovation.
  • An active knowledge and experience about best practice marketing and innovation
  • A love of continuous learning and an ability to, or interest in, coaching others.
  • Desire to contribute to the agency’s development (via SLT).
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
  • Fantastic facilitation and moderation skills
  • Experience in executing qualitative research using fresh techniques to deliver world-class insight. Quant research skills a plus.
  • Can take initiative and handle stretching challenges. 
  • Insight generation and implications focused mindset
  • Experience of building, developing and maintaining good working relationships with senior client stakeholders
