Are you a talented communicator with a passion for engaging employees and enhancing internal communication within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client is a leading supermarket chain seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join our team.

-Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
-Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.
-Collaborate with different departments to gather information and create compelling stories that align with the company's values and objectives.
-Manage internal communication campaigns, ensuring consistency and clarity of messaging.
-Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communication initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.

-Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
-2-3 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.
-Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
-Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
-Proficiency in using communication tools and technologies.
-Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
-Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.
