Lead Generation Manager

The chosen candidate will be a detail-oriented marketer who has the ability to work independently with considerable experience in lead generation campaign development, ideally for a B2B audience. Role responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the lead generation plans and activities for US and European sales
  • Create and execute lead generation plans with the wider marketing team.
  • Co-ordinate all leads from different sources and track progress.
  • Train and enable team members while inspiring the team to achieve targets.
  • Work with the wider Sales and Marketing team to optimize lead sources, build collateral, use-case summaries, social media content and campaigns in support of prospecting activities.
  • Analyse and interpret data, identify challenges, and work collaboratively with the Sales team
  • Report weekly on market intelligence gained, lead generation activity and other metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
 
Role requirements:
  • Driven, self-starter with a relevant qualification.
  • Lead generation or team lead experience in a relevant industry
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM software and lead generation / reporting tools
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and incorporate input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
