We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading retailer, who is looking for a dynamic and experienced Loyalty Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the national loyalty programme, developing innovative loyalty campaigns, and executing CRM-driven marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer experience and driving engagement within the loyalty programme.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the national loyalty programme, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
-Develop and implement loyalty campaigns that drive customer retention and increase lifetime value.
-Monitor and analyse the performance of loyalty campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
-Work on CRM-driven campaigns, leveraging customer data to create personalised and impactful marketing messages.
-Utilise marketing automation tools such as MAPP, Bloomreach, Hubspot, or Salesforce to streamline and optimize campaign execution.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives across various channels.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty and CRM marketing to keep the programme innovative and competitive.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in managing loyalty programmes and CRM-driven campaigns, preferably within the retail sector.
-Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as MAPP, Bloomreach, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
-Strong understanding of customer experience principles and the ability to apply them within a loyalty programme.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
-Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
