Marketing Manager

We are delighted to announce an exciting senior-level marketing opportunity on behalf of our client, an amazing company that helps to grow and scale businesses across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for Marketing Managers for two of their brands. Both organisations are dedicated to providing essential care services and facilities through care homes, nursing homes and day centre programs. Both brands are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to grow their brand in the market place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the delivering the unique 3X10X business strategy and vision
  • Develop and deliver brand and marketing strategy
  • All corporate marketing and communications programmes and campaigns
  • Manage and deliver all aspects of creative, media, digital and social for events and conferences.
  • Gather market insights, competitor analysis and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Curate and manage the content of our internal digital communications and social platforms and websites.
  • Support the People and Culture department and senior leadership on internal and external communications and engagement.
  • Provide support and guidance to our senior leadership team on communications and media related matters, both proactive and reactive.
  • Ensure quality of all output from press releases, media comment and opinion pieces.
  • Independently own the departments P&L, including day to day spend accountability, forecasts, budgets, and approval process.
  • Develop productive working relationships with key decision makers at various levels within the company.
  • Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance to other team members.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, PR or Communications.
  • Experience building a brand across social and digital marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of corporate PR and its challenges, ability to build a narrative and reputation for the brand.
  • Full clean driver's licence.
  • Impeccable attention to detail as well as the ability to work at pace and with integrity.
  • Knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children’s residential centres a plus.
