We're searching for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead successful marketing projects across various digital channels. In this essential role, you will work closely with our Marketing Director and marketing team to strategize, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns that will boost awareness, drive engagement, and spur growth within our tech-focused ecosystem.
In the fast-paced and dynamic Dogpatch environment, where innovation and creativity converge, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects that shape the European tech scene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless alignment of marketing content across print, press media, and digital media, including production oversight of design, photography, video, and copy with exacting stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide insightful feedback on content assets to uphold top-tier quality standards.
  • Direct the marketing team's service delivery, encompassing resource planning, project assistance, and daily operations.
  • Mentor and champion the marketing team, offering expert guidance on emerging digital marketing trends and celebrating achievements.
  • Drive improvements in processes and technology to optimize team efficiencies.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for stakeholder guidance and team issues, nurturing robust internal and external relationships.
  • Engage with team members at project initiation and conclusion stages, furnishing necessary guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project objectives and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, press, and internal corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Teamwork/Asana/Monday, Hubspot, Brandwatch/Sprout Social/Hootsuite, AirTable, Google Analytics, Google, Slack, MuckRack, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the startup and innovation ecosystem.
  • A highly customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of results/goal orientation.
  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Highly motivated and innovative individual capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work independently and influence others by leading by example.
  • It would be of distinct advantage if candidates had worked in, or been involved in, an environment that focuses on community, events, mentorship, or similar activities
