We’re searching for 2 Performance Marketing Specialists who will be at the forefront of something truly exciting: launching a new Financial Services brand in the Irish market.

In this role, you’ll:
Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Work with a strong, supportive team that values collaboration and innovation.
Get hands-on with strategy, data, analytics, and creative content to drive brand growth.
Manage budgets and optimise performance to ensure maximum impact.

You’ll need:
2+ years of experience in PPC and performance marketing, ideally in an agency or a business with a high performing digital marketing department.
A strong understanding of paid media, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
The ability to work with internal teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
