Project Manager (Media)
Location: Dublin, Dublin
TalentHub is partnering with one of Ireland’s largest Media Groups to find an exceptional Group Content Studio Project Manager. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless execution of content projects, managing workflows, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and editorial quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Timeline Management: Set project timelines and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track. Address deviations by problem-solving and continuously evolving the project roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Workflow and Budget Management: Develop and manage project workflows and budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Content and Partnership Proposals: Assist in the development of best-in-class content and partnership proposals, both proactively and in response to client briefs.
- Client Relationship Development: Work with the Account Manager to build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their requirements and managing their expectations in line with editorial standards and guidelines.
- Liaison Role: Act as the liaison between clients, sales teams, and journalists to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
- Third-Party Coordination: Collaborate with third parties as needed to ensure the successful execution of content partnerships.
- Post-Campaign Reporting: Work with the Ad Operations & Performance team to develop post-campaign reports that demonstrate the campaign's success in meeting clients’ defined KPIs.
- Innovation and Product Introduction: Assist in identifying and introducing new products that support the strategy of being innovative market leaders with a best-in-class Content Studio offering.
- Scheduling and Task Management: Implement and manage an effective scheduling and task management tool to streamline project workflows and ensure the efficient operation of the new unit.
- Marketplace Representation: Represent the media group in the marketplace, maintaining relationships with key agency and client contacts
Key Requirements:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management within a media or content creation environment.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.
- Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, sales teams, and editorial staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and evolve project plans as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling and task management tools and other project management software.
- Market Insight: Knowledge of market trends and the ability to share insights to drive continuous evolution of the studio’s offerings.
Experience:
- 3 years work experience in a Media Organisation and/or Publishing and Online Media.
