Project Manager – PE Capital Management

Join a global Capital Management company on the cutting edge of large-scale financial investments. Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to become a pivotal part of their Operations Team. Their team is dedicated to maintaining regulatory and legal requirements while delivering exceptional service. As an integral member of the team, you'll work closely with the CEO, COO, and Head of Compliance, ensuring that processes are robust, meet regulatory standards and support our board of directors.

Key Responsibilities: 

Support in managing and monitoring the delivery of outsourced services, including coordinating and assisting in regular Operational and Steering committees.

  • Coordination and support of various SharePoint sites.
  • Input to and preparation of reporting on financial, compliance, and operational KPIs.
  • Management of the delivery of monthly board papers, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Assisting teams in the internal audit process, tracking action items, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Management of operational policies, ensuring compliance with outsourced procedures.
  • Supporting the team’s drive for efficiencies and continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Ad hoc administrative projects & tasks to support team members.

Preferred Skills And Experience:

  • Ideally, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in regulated financial services.
  • Experience in a similar operations role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint with evidence of technical skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience working within a complex business environment.
  • Experience of supporting workflow within an administrative team.
