Recruitment Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Description:

Our client, an e-commerce company based in Dublin, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave. This role is essential in ensuring that their recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from initial interviews to stakeholder management and everything in between. This is 2.5 days per week role (flexible scheduling can be discussed around the days)

Key Responsibilities:

First-Stage Interviews: Conduct initial screening and interviews to identify suitable candidates for various roles within the company.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on progress.
Advertising Roles: Create and post engaging job advertisements on various social media platforms and job boards to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Recruitment Agency Briefing: Liaise with recruitment agencies, providing detailed briefs on job requirements and candidate profiles needed.
Internal Systems Updating: Maintain and update internal recruitment systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all candidates and recruitment activities.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Reporting: Generate and present recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:

Skills/Experience needed:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
