We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury retailer, seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high standards, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
-Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance store performance and customer experience.
-Coordinate with the store management team to optimise inventory management, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
-Support the execution of visual merchandising strategies to maintain the store’s luxurious appearance and appeal.
-Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
-Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate stock availability.
-Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities.
-Provide operational training and support to store staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall store efficiency.

-Proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory management software.
-A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Passion for luxury products and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
