One of the many exciting roles we are recruiting for is an Account Executive to support our growth plans and help recruit companies to Kara Connect. We are in an exciting scaling phase and this role will be key to building out the sales team.

You will be comfortable iterating and testing approaches as we optimise our Go to Market strategy. We are growing fast, and this is an exciting time to join a scaling business.  You will have a fantastic opportunity to shape and define the sales function. 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close. You should feel comfortable managing and closing run-rate deals while also sourcing, developing, and closing large complex selling cycles with multiple stakeholders (HR,Legal/Finance/requirements)
  • Proactively identify and engage key contacts across potential client organisations in EMEA
  • Ability to proactively make a significant number of emails & calls per day
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product and demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems 
  • Constantly improve and enhance the pitch process to increase success rates 
  • Provide product demonstrations to new clients both virtually and in person to impress new clients. Use other methods where necessary to wow customers
  • Create proposals that outline unique product benefits, pricing models and the implementation approach
  • Source new leads in high potential verticals in collaboration with the marketing and revenue operations team 
  • Become a master of Hubspot/LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead management and pipeline forecasting
  • Prioritise and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest
  • 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role, ideally across EMEA
  • Overachievement against sales targets in past roles
  • CRM experience, preferably Hubspot
  • A great attitude, highly coachable & eager to earn money
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to partner with other functional areas and manage programs to completion
  • Self-starter with a tolerance for ambiguity combined with an ability to take direction
  • Track record of navigating challenges and overcoming obstacles
  • The ability to come into the office 3 days per week
