Marketing and Sales Executive
Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable gifting experiences and driving sales in the world of e-commerce? Join our clients team as a Marketing and Sales Executive for an innovative gifting brand. We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in marketing and sales, particularly in the e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities:
-Develop marketing campaigns to be rolled out across all social and email channels.
-Efficiently manage the company CRM, particularly Smarketing Cloud and Shopify.
-Utilise CRM systems for customer relationship management and data-driven decision-making.
-Develop and execute lead generation email campaigns using Klaviyo, to nurture and convert prospects into customers.
-Collaborate on promotions, product launches, and other initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
-Update website content through the Shopify platform.
-Oversee the success of online ads across Google, Meta, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok.
-Implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
-Basic design skills with tools like Canva or Photoshop would be a benefit for creating visually appealing and engaging content.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
-Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Smarketing Cloud and Shopify.
-Proven experience with lead generation email campaigns using Klaviyo.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience implementing effective strategies.
-Basic design skills with Canva or Photoshop.
