Responsibilities

 
  • Ensure digital platforms are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.
  • Regularly monitor site performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate and lead a team to effectively manage the product catalogue ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability on e-commerce platforms.
  • Continuously improve the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyse user behaviour, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements to navigation, search functionality, checkout process, and overall site usability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Use analytics tools such as GA4, Semrush and more to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging marketing trends, and new technologies to drive innovation and continuously improve marketing efforts.

Key Requirements

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, and online marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tool, etc.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
