Senior Planner

TalentHub are seeking a highly creative Senior Planner to join the well-renowned strategy team in one of Ireland’s most successful creative advertising agencies.

Reporting directly into the Head of Strategy, you’ll be responsible for leading creative accounts to commercial and creative success. Your goal will be to identify the interesting problems and make the complex simple.

This is a hybrid role based in Portobello 3 days per week.


What Will You Do?
 
  • Take strategic leadership on a number of one of Ireland’s most creative accounts
  • Build relationships building with senior clients
  • Draft stimulating briefs that excite and guide the creative teams
  • Promote and monitor effectiveness across your accounts 

Key Requirements

 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an agency planner
  • Creative ambition
  • Collaborative working style
  • Track record in influencing the creation of high quality creative work
  • Endless experience in creative brief writing
  • Ability to direct and lead a room
  • Experience in formal and informal quant and qual research methods
  • Experience in writing award papers Effies, ADFX, Cannes etc.
