Senior System Administrator

Our global end client is currently looking for a Senior System Administrator to join their team in West Dublin. 

Job Description: 

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance end-user technologies, aiming to boost employee productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Design, deploy, and manage end-user computing solutions, focusing on the integration and optimization of Azure services.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and compliance enforcement within an Azure environment.
• Utilize AppLocker to regulate which applications can run on end-user devices and enforce application control policies within Azure.
• Actively manage the End User Computing service catalog.

Qualifications, experience & skills:

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in computer hardware and software support within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with End User Computing in a commercial business setting.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, SCCM, WSUS, and Intune MDM.
• Skilled in configuring Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Proficient in implementing and managing application control policies using AppLocker.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft O365, MS Office, and MS Collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and video conferencing systems.
• Thorough understanding of service desk policies and procedures.
