Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic lead to the team, manage the team effectively and manage the resourcing across all accounts to ensure all tasks can be delivered within the hours available
- Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly SEO project plans for clients.
- Formulate and execute results-driven SEO strategies for all allocated client accounts within your remit
- Have an excellent understanding of the commercial requirements of your clients’ businesses
- Support the Head of SEO to work with specialist teams to deliver innovative, strategic, and commercial products and services that drive client performance
- Identify new business opportunities from existing clients by maintaining continual analysis of client performance
- Manage and oversee monthly activity and budget planning for the team to ensure it is in line with client’s strategy.
Skills/Experience needed:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in People Management
- Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- A high level of ability in creating and delivering decks to clients
- Ability to build strong relationships with the internal team and clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to work under pressure
- Commercial understanding and ability to define scopes of work and answer client briefs
