Job Title: Traffic Manager (Marketing Agency)

Location: South Dublin (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in office)
About the Role: We are seeking a Traffic Manager to join a leading Irish marketing agency, as part of their in-house team, you’ll play a critical role in managing and orchestrating the smooth running of all advertising campaigns, which includes in-store, on-site, in-app, and off-site (social channels). Your work will connect supplier brands with the retailer’s extensive audience of shoppers, covering seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Easter, etc.) as well as business-as-usual advertising activity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient, on-time delivery of all retail media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of ad production and publication across both digital and print media.
  • Establish and manage effective workflows and systems for handling multi-channel campaigns, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure consistent and effective execution.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support seamless campaign activation.
  • Develop and manage master production schedules, including key milestones for all projects.
  • Chair regular production meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and aware of impending deadlines.
  • Manage the Ad Ops Team processes, including ad copy specification, quality control, and performance tracking.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production management role (agency, production house, or client-side).
  • Experience in a retail media environment or working with retail media partners (preferable, but not essential).
  • A strong understanding of retail media and how a retail media agency operates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining control and delivering positive results.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with exceptional people-management and communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organisation, prioritisation, and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy production environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
