Website Project Manager

Our client – a major player in the FinTech industry – is looking for a detail-oriented and exacting Web Consultant or Project Manager to carve out a new site ecosystem for a major international client. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the initial project management of the site rollout and get their chance to put their stamp on an ambitious project to add to their portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope & develop an organised project plan – this will include outlining objectives, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and required resources as well developing a comprehensive project plan with detailed timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budget, all the while managing and mitigating against project risks.
  • Identify and manage a variety of stakeholders – including clients, users, vendors, and internal team members.
  • QA – overall you will need to ensure that the quality of the project is scoped to ensure best industry practices and meets client requirements.

Skills and Requirements:
  • A strong understanding and experience in the following are required: Web Development, Scoping & Planning, Digital Marketing, Web Migration, and Budget & Resource Allocation.
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, and CMS.
  • Familiarity with website hosting platforms and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies and the ability to identify the optimal methodological course of action based on project requirements.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make quick decisions effectively in order to adapt to changes in project requirements.
